EMERGENCY DRILL
After severe weather (snow, heavy rain, etc.), home club secretaries are requested to inspect the ground on the morning of the match with the appointed referee, if available, and inform the opposing club in time to save unnecessary expense and travel.
In any event, both club secretaries must inform the League Fixture Secretary
